We don't offer multiple reads on the voice-over to keep costs affordable. If there's a mistake or mispronunciation, we’ll fix it at no charge. However, subjective changes after recording will require an additional fee.

What file format will my video be provided in?

Your video will be delivered in a 4K ready-to-publish MP4 format, which is compatible with iPads and all mobile devices. If you need a different format, please specify it in your order.

For standard shoots, we use cameras like Nikon D850, Sony Alpha a7S Mark II, and GoPro Hero 7. For high-budget shoots, we use Arri or Red cameras.

What resolutions will you be providing my video in?

Will you provide an artiste for the video?

Yes, we provide artistes for your video. During pre-production, we send you casting options for your approval. Once an artist is approved, we book them for the shoot. Any rescheduling or changes after approval may incur additional costs.

Will your logo or details appear on the videos?

Nope, never. Your videos will be logo-free and completely yours to present. It’s 100% safe—no need to worry about any branding surprises.

Can I use your videos in my portfolio?

We’ll provide a few white-labeled videos that you can proudly display in your portfolio. But remember, downloading and using any other videos without our permission is a no-go.

What resolution will my video be?

We typically deliver videos in 1920x1080 HD quality, but we can send you the video in any dimension you require. Just mention your preferred dimensions in your order.
